1986 Other Isuzu Models Defroster don't work

Heater problem
1986 Other Isuzu Models 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive 190K miles

I have a Haynes Manual for this but it doesn't show a good digram of the heater. Everything works on the heater but the defrost. I have look at everything I can see that controls the doors on it and some dont have cables or servios hooked to them plus don't know what one controls what. If I could get a good digram of the heater I should be able to figure it out.

1986 Trooper 11 4 wheel drive 4cyc motor. Anything else you need. I'm not a green horn when it comes to working on cars. If I could just get a good digram of the hearer and it controls I can get it figured out.

If sthck in defrost then diaphram actuator on bottom of box is bad or not getting vacuum. Diagram is small maybe you can enlarge. Is vacuum at mode switch?

The defroster does not work at all. Everything else on the heater works. If I could get a good blowup digram I think I can get it figured out as to whats wrong.

Ok I can take the rod off the defroster actuator and move it up and down and still nothing coming out the defroster vent. So something is not opeing like it should. Your digram is small but Zoomed in on it and can almost make out everything on it.
Got to get it working been down to 12 in the mornings.

Maybe defroster door #22 has come loose and is stuck closed

Yes thats a possabilty. Dam didn't want to have to pull the heater but just might have to. Any chance of you emailing me that digram in bigger form so that I can print it out. Don't know if you can get to my email address on this site or not. If not I will post it in next reply.
