I had a new clutch kit installed yesterday. The clutch engages at the very top of the pedal. The old clutch engaged close to the floor board. It was still pretty good but was replaced while the slave cylinder was being replaced. The old clutch had 4 springs while the new one has 6 springs. I double checked all the part stores to verify the correct part number. Also replaced the master cylinder. The truck has a WM2 tranny 5 speed. Any clue as to why the difference in pedal height? It shifts very good but I can't stand the height on the pedal THANKS!

Just looked at it and don't see any adjustment rod. Only the plastic rod from the pedal with a electrical connection going to the master cylinder
