Radio unplugging and reconnecting

Is the unplugging the radio going to mess it up when I plug it in again.

Hello, I'm Danny.

If you are going to unplug the radio I would do so with the radio turned off. As far as the only problem I foresee is that some car makers with their factory(stock) radios will sometimes require a radio code when the factory radio is plugged back in or reinstalled to get to work again.
