We changed front shocks and front upper and lower ball joints driver and passenger sides.
We still get a "thudding type knocking sound that even vibrates as it thuds in front as I turn steering.
It sometimes doesn't do it and then does. Can anyone give idea of what it could be?
I have already taken it to shop but of course it did not do it for them and they were going to charge me to put on lift to diagnose and I am short on cash as is.

The noise can be coming from anywhere really and this isn't to sound like I'm putting you off. Check the areas in the pic which I'm sending along there are a lot of rubber parts that may be worn causing this. However if you are changing control arm bushings you will have to get the truck aligned as doing this can wear your tires fast. Also check the bushing s for sway bar those kits are about $15 so it's cheap and if the bolts are broken replace them
