My A/C system is not working anymore I have an active interchiller?

I'm trying to see if anyone has any info on active interchiller I brought this V secondhand and my cooling is not working anymore I have an active interchiller, I reached out to the owner at active and no help can anyone give me some manuals or instructions to look at to how it runs. Let me tell you my problem, my ac is not working I replaced the condenser and recharged the ac compressor. The system is short circuiting. There are no leaks in the A/C and it leads me to believe I have a problem with the chiller. Any help would be nice. 2 mechanics can't figure it out.

An interchiller for a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V (or for any supercharged or turbocharged car) is a device designed to further cool the intake air charge, beyond what the vehicle's stock intercooler does. The basic principle is that the cooler the intake air, the denser it is, and the more power the engine can produce.

So, this will have nothing to do with the A/C system, if the blower motor is working (air coming from the vents) the first thing I would do is check the refrigerant level, this guide and video will help:
