Intake Manifold Replacement No Start?

I recently had the intake manifold replaced on my 2004 Lincoln Towncar Ultimate 4.6L. Got everything out, got everything in, went to start vehicle, just turns over won't start

I would check the main computer harness ground wires, these can be left off which will shut the computer down. If you are good we need to check the basics like spark and fuel. Also, unplug the MAF sensor to see if that makes a difference. It will run without it and if it is bad the computer will not run the fuel pump on, please go over this video it will help us go in the right direction to fix it.
