Hi,

I need to change my Intake Manifold Gasket and most probably as well the Cylinder Head Gaskets.

Can someone point me to the correct Torque Values for the bolts (Intake and Cylinder Head)?

Thanks
Josef

Here are the torque specs as requested.

INTAKE:

Upper Bolts. 25 Nm (18 lb ft)

Lower Bolts
Tighten the lower bolts in two steps.
1st step torque vertical bolts. 13 Nm (115 lb in)
2nd step torque diagonal bolts. 13 Nm (115 lb in)

Cylinder head. These are torque to yield so you will need new head bolts FYI.

Tighten the bolts in sequence to 45 Nm (33 lb ft). Use the Torque Angle Meter in order to turn the bolts an additional 90°. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
