Intake manifold, codes P2004 and P2009

I have two codes.

P2004.
Intake manifold runner control stuck open bank 1a

P2009
Intake manifold runner control circuit low bank 1a.

How would I go around diagnosing the faulty part{s}.
It is a little more sluggish then before these codes popped up.
