Instrument cluster doesn’t work?

The instrument cluster doesn’t work. It doesn’t light up or do anything I checked the fuses and replaced them with new fuses and it still doesn’t work. I removed the cluster and cleaned the connectors with electrical cleaner and it still doesn’t nothing. There’s power to the connectors that connect to the cluster

Yep, this happens when the cluster goes out and needs to be replaced or rebuilt. To be sure you can do a CAN scan. Here is a video to help you confirm the cluster failure, there is a chance the ground (g102 by the left kick panel) for the cluster is bad though, here is the wiring diagrams for the ground so you can check it.
