Distributor swap

I have a 1991 2.6l isuzu distributor I want to install on my 1989 but the wiring is all wrong (i.E. Green w/yellow stripe, dark green w/black stripe, black w/white stripe, and black w/gray stripe) I need to connect to the plug from the old distributor (i.E. White, red, green, and black) please help

Normally, we only deal with direct for repairs, but I looked for wiring without much success. Is the distributor from the 91 also from a trooper?
