1998 Infiniti I30 check engine light soon

My check engine light soon is on but I don't know why.

The check engine light indicates the PCM has detected a sensor out of range, or a problem with systems monitored by PCM.

Take car to autoparts stores and have codes read (this is free service, but call ahead to make sure they can do it).

They will plug a scanner into diagnostic port and PCM will list all error codes. Post error codes and we will find problem.
