Infiniti Headrest of Passenger Side

I recently got a new passenger seat for my car and the headrest on the passenger side of my G37 will not slide down at all. I switched headrests and attached the passenger headrest onto the driver's side and it fits, but not vice versa. Can you tell me what the problem is?

Is it the original headrest from the seat you took out?

It was actually done at a repair shop. They ordered new seats so I'm unsure if they reused the old headrest. I didn't think anything of it until I tried to push the headrest down and it wouldn't slide in; not even to one notch

Might want to check with them if they are original or if they are new one that ain't the right ones
