Engine Performance problem
2007 Infiniti G35 6 cyl All Wheel Drive 33000 miles

When I take off from a stop, the car power surges then drops, sometimes dangerously as I get less power as I enter traffic.

I am having the same problem. I have noticed it when I start from a stop and the engine is relatively cold (first 5 minutes or so) or if barely pressing accelerator on highway. If I put the hammer down it goes away. Interested in answer as my dealership wants major $$$ everytime I go in there.
