2000 Infiniti G20 Charge light and break light on

My charge light and break light suddenly came on the other morning that I started up the car. The battery is new. Autozone shows the battery is charging at 12.3. One auto shop shows that the whole system is good and autozone shows that the alternator is putting out less that 30 amps. Help

Should have around 13.5 - 14 volts while idle. Inspect battery cables and connections to ensure they are clean and tight. If OK, inspect drive belt around alternator. It may be loose or have faulty tensioner allowing belt to slip.
