Engine Performance problem
1999 Infiniti G20 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car is pulsing, jerking, it feels like its going to die when it is in low rpms, but when about 2000 rpms or over 60 it runs fine. But when getting on the freeway or trying to speed up it starts jerking. Its fine in neutral, park and about 60 mps. But its jerking in drive, reverse and when im going slow. Any Ideas?

this could just be a tune issue, when was the fuel filter last changed?

Since I got my car I haven't replaced the fuel filter yet. Is that an inexpensive fix?

Hi there,

fuel filters are very cheap, genuine will cost more but after market will be fine, I think the car needs a good service and tune to fix your problem.
