Tree got hit by lightning and apparently it grounded the vehicle. I need to know where the reset switch is located?

Hi Donna,

It appears your vehicle is equipped with a rollover valve and not an inertia switch.

If your vehicle was struck by lightening or close to a strike the more likely cause of your issues are the computers circuit boards and wiring.

What happens is the surge of energy actually overloads the circuits on the computer boards and it metals the contacts. I would suggest having a scan tool hooked up to it and see if you are able to communicate with each of the modules. If not, then I would suspect it has failed. Due to the nature of this, I would strongly encourage you to have this checked out by a reputable shop because you can submit this to your insurance, or just call your insurance company and see what they recommend.

Let me know if you need anything else but to answer your question, Alldata does not have anything on an inertia switch for your vehicle. Thanks
