Ignition switch lock position?

Switch will not go into lock position even with transmission in park.

Yep, this is common when the lock tumbler goes bad, here is how to change it out and I will email the images as well. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on :) Check out the images (below).
