The key is stuck in the middle position in the ignition?

I can start the car and turn it off but not all the way, so the accessories stay on and drains the battery and I can't pull the key out. I had to jump start it and now my air conditioning, radio, windows, speedometer are all not working properly.

Yep, the interior parts of the ignition switch can fall apart and need to be replaced. Here are the instructions on how to do so in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
