I have had minor ignition issues such as it not turning unless you wiggle and or flip the around. Sometimes it would not turn right away and sometimes it would turn right away. Now it will not turn at all.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a faulty ignition lock cylinder. Is the key that you use the factory original key?
Sometimes the replacement keys (if the original key were to lost) do not work as well in the factory lock cylinder.
Overtime the internals of the lock cylinder will wear off and can lead to starting issue, as you might not be able to turn the key.

You can replace the lock cylinder, but then your ignition key will be different than the key for the door or the hatch.
Your best option would be to have a certified locksmith get cylinder set to the key that you have.
