The ignition will not turn in a cylinder is stuck what do I do?

Try lightly taping on the key hole with a hammer then see if it Will turn.If not insert the key then lightly tap on the key with a hammer and see if the key will turn.Even if the key turns you will still have to replace the cylinder.
