Ignition cylinder lock assembly removal?

Hello, I have a high security ignition assembly that needs to be removed. Some online suggest a hammer and chisel. I'm hoping for an easier option to remove the two bald screws that hold the assembly on the steering column.

Yep, hammer and sharp chisel is the way I use to remove the security bolts, allow the edge of the chisel to grab the right side of the bolt head to start the removal. They are not that tight, and it can be done easily. The manual shows the bolts being drilled out, but I have used the chisel and it works much better. Check out the images (below). Yes, you are correct once I was able to get the angle more in line with the screw and less down on the top it did come freely. Now I'm having a difficult time actually getting the whole housing to come off it appears that I have to take the steering wheel off? Does that sound accurate? It just doesn't drop away like I thought it would.

I don't think you need to remove the steering wheel. Can you upload an image of the problem you are having?

That's correct I didn't need to remove it. I have a different question. If I wanted to disable the safety alarm sound my Ridgeline makes when your seatbelts not buckled, the tailgates open, you left the keys in the ignition, or the lights are on. Where within the cluster would I find that? I assume it's a speaker and I can just break it but I'm finding it difficult to find the diagram for the cluster online.
