Can you buy just the housing and barrel for ignition cylinder?

Hi,

I am sure you can but I don't see any of the parts sites offer that. I would suggest calling a lock smith because they normally have vendors that the public doesn't and they can either get it for you or build yours for you. They are pretty cheap so it would be worth looking into.
