After replacing ignition control module truck will not run

I didn't have the keys and I had to remove and replace the ignition control module. Now I cannot get it to run.

Do you mean you changed the ignition cylinder where the key goes inside the truck, or did you change the ignition module that mounts to the ignition coil under the hood? Just clarifying the issue as not having keys shouldn't change anything if it's the module under the hood. What does the truck do when you try to start it?
