I have replaced ignition coil, fuel filter, throttle intake sensor, plugs and wires, PCV valve and hose. Had fuel pump tested and pressure is strong, EGR is working good. Yet it still idles so rough and when drive it can get up to 20 kph then it will drop down to 5 kph then usually stalls out. Any ideas as to what this could be caused by?

This sounds just like a vacuum leak. Do you have a vacuum gauge? If not they are about $20 at most parts stores. Hook that up and get a video of the gauge while this is running and that will tell us what is going on. It could be an intake valve floating or an actual leak.

Here is how to test for a vacuum leak:

Let's run through this info and go from there. Let me know what questions you have.
