Idle surge, high idle and moving by itself while In drive?

  • 245,000 MILES
The car will surge from 1.5k to 2k at idle. It will also drive without the gas pedal being pressed. It will go all the way up to 30mph all by itself. I haven't done a smoke test for the vacuum system yet. Any ideas on what to tackle for these issues?
