Idle sure and take off when cold

When I start my car cold In the morning fires up great and does its high idle for a few seconds. But when it starts to idle down it kinda like is a miss or sputterfor about 5-10 sec then when it gets to idle every few seconds it has a little surge and every few seconds the car shakes a Little bit smooths out and shakes and it does it no matter if it's hot or cold every few seconds. Also when I'm taking off from a cold start it surges bad not to the point of were it dies but it's very noticeable but stops after its warmed up. Has all new plugs, Coil packs, Clean mass air flow, New idle air control, Throttle body and plate are spotless. Clean air filter. New oil. So what could it be?Bad tps, Bad egr, Bad o2 sensors or what? I'm stumped

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. It may be a vacuum leak or a partially clogged egr passage or valve.

There is no vacuum leaks I've checked all hoses and replaced some cracked ones.I've taken it to the part store there was no codes stored.I don't know we're the Schrader valve for the pressure is because in 04 the Schrader valve was taken off the fuel rail.

You will need an adapter for the fuel line then
