While driving or at a stop sign the car will have a high ilde and take off by itself. The RPM will go high and if your at a stop sign it will do it and as soon as you let off the gas the car just takes off without giving it gas. We changed the o2 but still is doing it. We put it on a computer and its not saying anything about it.

The idling speed is too high due to a fault with the idle control. Check the Idle Air Control Valve for sticking, lack of coolant, clogged coolant hoses to the IAC, vacuum leakages.
