Road testing, l had a very loud noise from the front. I investigated on the web and found that I should bend the attached clips on the inboard pad and also attach the clips to the pad that came with the set. Questions: which pad should I attach the provided clip? L need instructions on how to attach the clip. Question 2: the inboard pad has an attached clip that I was told to bend. And which way should this pad be installed, clip up or down.

Loud noise? Web?

Did you re check your work to make sure everything is tight? The pads already have a clip on them and should never be bent at all. The outer pad has an anti rattle clip that should have been there when you removed the old pads. It will only click if they are missing not a loud noise.

Start with making sure nothing is loose
