Alright. When I get in the car and put the key in the ignition, and turn it to the right, then the head lights start flashing on and off, and the tail lights as well as the let turn and the right turn signal lights flash. We have yanked out the supply wires to the alarm horn and the regular horn, because. When they were connected, they honked very loud for about 3 minutes even while driving, then stop for about 40 seconds. And start the beeping all over again. When I pull into a driveway, and then turn off the engine, and then exit the car, taking my key with me, the the alarm shuts off, until I get into my car again. Then the same stuff starts all over again.

If this is a factory anti-theft system, it is built into the car and can't simply be removed or disconnected. If that was possible, any car thief could do it so what would be the point of having it? You'll need to have it diagnosed by the dealer.

If this is an aftermarket add-on system, which it sounds like since there's an additional horn, you have to remove the entire system and put the car's wiring back to the way it was originally. Those systems involve cutting wires on the car, then those connections are restored by the box to allow the engine to start. If you simply remove the power wires or unplug the box, those connections won't be connected when needed and the engine won't start.
