I recently changed out the speed sensor on my daughter's car listed above and pulled the wires out of the Molex connector, now that I soldered the new wires to the pins, now I don't know the color code I have green, pink, and red I'm thinking they go in that sequence but not positive green being ground pink being signal and red power. Can someone help Google sure can't?

Hi,

First, I'm having problems too. I found the wiring, but there is no way to determine the pin locations. Basically, If I had the connector in front of you, I'm not sure which will be pin 1.

So, I attached two things. First is the wiring schematic for the transmission. Highlighted the wires and sensor you are referring to so you can easily find and trace them.

Last, I attached a pic from the manufacturer showing the wiring between the PCM and the input speed sensor. However, they for some reason are not identified other than what each wire does at the TCM.

Let me know if this helps or if you have questions. Hopefully, you will be able to identify pin 1 in the connector and that would make it easy.

Take care,

Joe

See pics below.

Note: I am not showing a 3.6L V6 for any Accord. The 3.5L is the only one indicated. However, the wiring the sensor matches the colors you supplied.

Thank you, Joe this is, what I found also, however, the last diagram is most helpful. I guess I'll use a meter to find it by matching what's shown. Thanks, I'll let you know what turns out.
