I just replaced the power steering pump, and battery, but the steering is still very stiff. I bled the power steering properly. Along with this issue the new battery is now losing its charge. I have replaced the alternator three times in the last year. New radiator, and starter, within the last two months.

have a professional check the rack and pinion in car. also, do a parasitic draw test on battery that may be the problem with alternator etc. See link.
