I have spark and fuel but car does not start

The car was running fine but I had to quit driving due to a license problem. The car sat for a few weeks before I turned it on, it ran fine. It sat another few weeks, I turned it on and it ran for a few seconds then will not start anymore. It is getting fuel and spark but it does not even try to turn on, any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

As mentioned, start with making sure the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs. If it is and you have spark, either fuel isn't getting into the engine (injector issue) or the timing is out.
