Popped up on my code reader it says no ASD relay output voltage at PCM. What does this mean?

This simply means the PCM is not seeing an output voltage from the ASD relay. The ASD relay is called the Auto Shut Down Relay. Basically this is what the PCM uses to control the injectors and coils, and o2 sensors.

I included the testing for this code. Let me know if you need more info. Thanks

Unfortunately, I can't tell you which part to replace because we will need to do the testing that I attached previously to determine what it is. This could be a number of things including a wiring issue in the ASD circuit, the B+ wiring for the ASD, the relay itself, PCM, or a connector issue with any of these items.

As you can see, I can't say which part it is. However, if I were going to guess, you want to go with replacing the relay. It is cheap and easy to do and so if we are wrong, it is not that big of a deal. However, that just means we are going to have to go through the test to find the root cause.

Let me know what questions you have and we can go from there. Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me on that. I have changed a bunch of burnt wires, the coil and the crankshaft position sensor and i'm just not getting fire to my spark plugs or distributor cap.

Okay. Have you performed the testing that I attached? If not we need to go step by step. Let me know if you are not sure how to do one of the steps and I can help answer those questions.

The only way to know what this issue is, is to go through that testing and find the issue. We can throw parts at all day and miss every time so I let me know what you find. Thanks
