1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo with 4.0l straight 6 4x4 that has a crank no start problem. I was changing the water pump and after I filled the radiator up and made sure I had to leaks I tried to start the jeep to bring up to temp (make sure my over heating problem was gone), the jeep started no problems ran for a few minutes then lights went off with turn signals and wipers were going off, craziest thing I ever saw. The jeep died and nothing. Went to try and start crank but no start. I checked and have power to my pcm to my asd but no power afterwards. Hooked up scanner and wont read scanner. I have switched out plugs and coil pack, cam sensor, crank sensor, new fuses relays including asd and main relays (four relays in all two under dash and two under hood) checked for fuel and primed the fuel rail and have a good stream of fuel coming out, even though my gauge on the cluster says I am outa fuel and the fuel light is on. I know I have a half a tank of fuel. My fuel pump will hum and/click when trying to start. My asd will "click" when trying to start. I have taken the dash out and checked for bad wiring and a ground that may have gotten disconnected, nothing looked wrong and my meter said power was there and no interruptions and put dash back together. Went and got new ignition switch and tried to get new key cut for it but since won't read scanner can't program the new key to the ignition so couldn't get new key programmed as I thought. Up till this point my security light ( yellow no key light) was on and so I grounded that wired from my driver side door to the frame of my jeep which shut off my light but didn't fix my no start problem. Did I miss something because my fuel spark and airflow is good, so my is my jeep not running? Oh I took off the throttle body and cleaned it up put in new maf sensor and new fuel filter with pump and new air filter and other sensor around the throttle body. I know that just throwing parts at this is a bad idea but couldn't get to test good and I don't know if was bad or because no power from asd was the cause. I know I am missing something(s) that I have done, I am very frustrated with this problem since this started because of an over heating issue and don't even know if I was able to fix it (lol is kinda funny the problems only jeep owners go through because when they break they break bad), I know ya'll are busy and do appreciate any and all info the you can give me and if need more details I will do my best to provide them for you, I am not a mechanic nor do I have much experience under the hood of a car but It is my car and I try and take care of em and I like knowing what I have and that the work was done by me. Anyways sorry it is a novel trying to be as described as possible. Thank you and I hope ya'll have a good day.

Check fuses in pic as well as fusible link to alternator and fuse 26 under hood.
