So I was taking my coolant temperature sensor off and it snapped. Now it's stuck in the block. Any ideas ho to get it out? I've never had this happen.

This happens every once in a while but I am not sure I have seen a coolant temperature sensor do this.

However the process is about the same. I would take a small drill bit and put a small hole in the center of the sensor.

Then I would take a screw that is long enough to be able to get the threads into the sensor but have enough of it left out of the sensor so you can grab onto it.

Just be careful not to break the screw off as well. However, if you spray the sensor with penetrating oil and then work the sensor out, it should come out.

Below is the process from the manual just so that others that visit this page can find them as well.

Please let us know what you find with this.
