I have taken apart my engine and all connections and drained water from a flooded road. Water was sucked up into my intake. I dried everything out. Ad it still does not work. It clicks when I try to start it but nothing else happens. The battey is fully charged. I heard it might be the starter or the ecu. What do you think it could be?

If the car as been flooded you might need a new engine but you could try a secondhand ecu from a salvage yard
