My right brake light doesn't work, but if I hit the light a couple of times it comes back on, but goes out again while driving any ideas?

If it is only one light giving you trouble, then chances are either the light socket is corroded or bad, or there is a loose connection. Check the socket to see if there is power to it all of the time. IF there is, then the socket is the problem.
