2002 Hyundai Santa Fe cold air at passanger feet

Heat is working good, but feel cold air coming from some where at my feet on the passanger's feet.

Yes we did find the problem. The dealer found that the box that holds the cabin filter was warped. We replaced the box and I think the issue is resolved.
No reason why the plastic box got warped.
