Shutering while idle

I have an Hyundai Accent 2000 and I have been expercing a really bad shuter while on the brake or while the car is idle. It really feels like the car has the hiccups and is going to stall out. Any ideas of what the problem is?

Could be a fuel filter or be in need of a tune up. How many miles on the vehicle? :

65k miles, I took it into a shop awhile back and they said tune up so I had that done, but the problem still occurs.
