My step daughter has a 2002 Hyundai Accent 1.6l - around 75000 miles. The car turns over but will not start. She has replaced the Cam position sensor and the Crank position sensor at the advice of her neighbor. Now he is telling her the ignition module (Guaranteed!). There is no spark at any of the plugs - fuel pump is humming. Thoughts? Thanks!

Those are good THOUGHTS but only thoughts. The car will have a code in the computer. The cost of a reader is about $30 and cheaper than grasping at straws. I even think that the Hyundai can read the code as most other cars can by jumpering a connection. Search the internet for location of jumper. The code will point is a direction. I can't tell you enought to shart with the basics, is there gas to the cylinders? Is there spark at the plugs and it must be a blue spark? Then ensure that the cam and crankshafts are both turning. There are a number of other possibilities but the code will point the direction.
