Engine Cooling problem
1998 Hyundai Excel 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 120k miles

Hi Guys, I have installed new Radiator, thermostat, thematic fans, water pump and radiator cap and yet the car still overheats.
Even though there is no miss in the engine I run through chemiweld just in case there may have been a hairline fracture or gasket leak and have even tried without the thermostat in case it was faulty.
Cannot use the airconditioning as the extra load on the engine causes it to boil.
After watching the water flow though the radiator it is almost as if the water is not getting to the engine correctly and then after warming right up or loading up with the aircon the water acts as if it has just hit a hotplate and immediately starts to throw out of the radiator

Hi:
If the coolant is shooting out of the radiator, chances are you have a bad head gasket. I recommend checking compression to see if there is a cylender low on compression.

Let me know what you find.
