Brake lights don't light up?

Brake lights don't function, but tail lights are functioning. Checked all the fuses seem ok.
Third brake light bulb, the one inside the rear window
is out. Not sure if that's causing the whole proublem

This sounds like the brake light switch has failed. I would replace it and adjust it if needed.
