I just got 4 new brakes and 4 new tires put on my car. I drove it out and everything was fine until I hit 55MPH. I brought it back and they re-balanced the wheels. It drove fine until I hit about 64 MPH. It stops at about 70 MPH. Why is my steering wheel still shaking?

It still seems that the tires are still not balanced correctly. Take it to another shop. Maybe where you had tires put on, their balancer isnt calibrated or just an idiot that could even mess up something this simple.
