Mechanic replaced a stuck thermostat this past winter repairing no heat problem. Fan motor worked fine, but is now DEAD on ALL settings. A/C mode activation also delivers NO response (or illuminated indicator light). NO Heat/AC or DEFROST. All circuit breakers (inside/out) test (and visually check) OK.

Ideas?

So basically the blower fan doesnt work on any speed? You will need atest ligh tto se if any power is making it to the blower motor (under right side of dash)If not go to the resistor (next to blower motor) and see if you have power into it in different speeds. Since it doesnt work in any speed it may be the motor, but you need to test for power and ground at the motor first
