I'm trying to change the timing belt and can't remove the crank shaft pulley. How do I stop the engine from moving? it is in gear and all wheels are blocked. Is it reverse thread?

Hi there,

You will have to get a large air impact driver or remove the starter and lock the ring gear with a suitable lever, there are other ways of removing this nut but they are dangerous and should not be attempted.
