Engine Performance problem
1999 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

After changing the timing belt (it broke off while driving), my 99 Elantra won't fall into correct timing and when tested with compression gauge, there's no compression on cylinder #1. Unable to set TDC. What's the next step?

You will have to remove the head and check which valves are damaged.
