Can the timing belt cause no compression on one cylinder? Put oil in cylinder still no compression check timing its off real bad are do you think it could be the head gasket.

Timing belt has little effect on compression, except if the belt breaks while the engine is running. Bad head gasket may have an effect on no compression, but it is not the real cause. If no compression is only on one cylinder, chance is that either the valves bent, worn piston ring, or possibly damaged piston.

It is time for an engine rebuilt.
