The tick tick, can be push rods or rocker arms, but what I would do, is try a engine flush, and then fill it to the correct level. I would also check right now to see if it is low. And top it off. Being such a new car, I cannot believe that you could have a problem like this already, so Im hoping its just low or you have sludge build up causing sluggishness within the engine
