2007 Hyundai Accent blower not working for AC/heater

The ac/heater blower in our 2007 hyundai accent isn't working most of the time, it will come on once in a while but usually not for long. We have checked the fuses and from what we can tell they are fine. If the blower were to going bad would it work ocasssionally or not at all and if it is not the blower what else could it be.

If the blower motor is working intermittantly than the fuse is good. Either the blower motor relay is sticking, which is the easiset and cheapest fix. Or the blower motor is indeed going bad. I would suggest swapping the relay and if it doesn't help you may want to just wait until the blower dies completely and then replace the blower motor.
