Recently, it is taking longer to fuel the car at the pump. It will only take in a few cents worth of gas at a time. It is taking forever to get to just a half a tank! What could the problem be?

Hey neigbour,
same problem same car. This thing is wierd, when you fuel up the air in the tank needs to get out of it to release the vacuum. Thats why there is a valve on top of the tank. This valve is clogged and the stupid thing on our Accents is the missconstruction of our tanks, so you have to replace the whole thing, about $250 when you find someone to put it in. Salvage tanks, if you can find one, I couldnt, are around $40. Check the valve!
So I live with it, and found a way to put gas in without all the stops, its just slow and unhandy.
